Learn about the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Lima
Founded in 1993, the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Lima (LCC) is the institution with the most experience in resolving trade disputes in Peru. In its more than 20 years of existence, the center has managed around 2,500 cases from various economic sectors.
The CCL aims to ensure the correct application arbitration rules and provides the necessary management services for organizations during the arbitration process.
The chamber offers the following arbitration services:
- Expedited Arbitration Administration: From the admission of the request for arbitration until the notification of award, CLL provides advice and assistance in the development of the arbitration process.
- Appointment of Arbitrators: Solving challenges when the parties request, resolving incidents that could occur with the description or disqualification of an arbitrator.
- Outreach and Training: Hosting of breakfasts, specialized courses, forums, national and international conferences and other outreach activities on the nature, progress and prospects of institutional arbitration applied to business, investment and contracting.
