Mi Tienda: Rural supply network
The proposed OMJ transaction will fund a loan of up to US$2 million to partially finance the US$15 million expansion of operations of Mi Tienda (IDB Loan). The Company currently operates one warehouse located in the town of Atlacomulco in the State of Mexico that serves about 620 stores. With the proposed transaction, it intends to set up 36 additional warehouses distributed throughout the central-south region of Mexico to serve an additional 22,000 stores.
