The Plurinational State of Bolivia has signed Loan Agreement No. 5721/OC-BO with the Inter-American Development Bank to exclusively finance the implementation of the National Program for Technified Irrigation with a Watershed Approach I, under which this call is being issued.

This call is part of the Program for the Strengthening of the Service Network of the San Estanislao Hospital (PR-L1190), partially financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) through loan No. 5838/OC-PR.
