The Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL) has received a loan from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to finance the cost of the Program for Strengthening the Innovation Ecosystem of the Ecuadorian Coast (EC-L1261) and it is proposed to use part of these funds to make payments under the contract "Design, construction, equipment and EDGE certification of the building for research in agribusiness,  ESPOL (Gustavo Galindo Campus, Guayaquil)" (EC-L1261-P00064).

The National Authority for Government Innovation (AIG) of the Republic of Panama, as the executing agency of the Panama Digital program (PN-L1171) financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (Loan No. 5501/OC-PN), has launched the International Public Tender No. LPI 006-2025 for the "Contracting of a Help Desk (NOC) for the National Multiservice Network and After-Hours Care for Critical Services".

The Plurinational State of Bolivia has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the National Technical Irrigation Program with a Basin Approach I and intends to use part of these funds for the contracting of works.

The Republic of Peru, through the Road Infrastructure Program for Regional Competitiveness (PROREGION 2) financed by IDB Loan 5813/OC-PE, will contract works for the management, improvement and maintenance of roads by service levels of Road Corridor No. 34, Sector C section (EMP. PE-30A Abra Condorcenccca – Saisa – Santa Lucía; Coracora – Upahuacho – Emp. AY-1239 Dv. Vilcar). The project, executed by PROVIAS Descentralizado, has a construction period of 1828 calendar days.
