The Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) of Paraguay has published the MOPC Call No. 09/2025, corresponding to an International Public Tender for the design and construction of the San Estanislao Hospital, within the framework of the FIDIC Yellow Book Contract. This call is part of the Program for the Strengthening of the Service Network of the San Estanislao Hospital (PR-L1190), partially financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) through loan No. 5838/OC-PR.

The Republic of El Salvador, through the Secretariat of Innovation of the Presidency, has launched an international public tender for the acquisition of technological equipment aimed at improving connectivity in public places in the country. This initiative is part of the "Social Digital Connectivity Program", jointly financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Korea Fund and a non-reimbursable contribution from the European Union, all funds administered by the IDB.
