Zato-based Interoperability Bus Development, Support and Maintenance Service – Period 2027-2029

Description

The Republic of Panama has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Panama Digital project and will use part of the proceeds to finance this contract. The operation is PN-L1171 and the loan agreement is 5501/OC-PN.

The National Authority for Government Innovation (AIG) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the contracting of development, support and maintenance services of the interoperability bus based on Zato, during the period 2027-2029, within the framework of the Panama Digital project.

Contracting will be carried out through International Public Bidding (IPL), in accordance with IDB policies. The specific technical, financial and experience qualification requirements are detailed in the bidding documents. No margin of preference will be granted to contractors or national associations.

Bidding documents will be available free of charge in the Panama Compra electronic system. Bids may be submitted electronically and must be accompanied by a Bid Maintenance Statement.
