Acquisition of computer and communications equipment for the UCP and units of the Secretariat of Security

Description

The Republic of Honduras has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Program for the Comprehensive Modernization and Professionalization of the Services of the National Police of Honduras and will use part of the funds to finance this contract. The operation is HO-L1227 and the loan agreement is 5831/BL-HO.

The Secretary of State in the Office of Security invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the acquisition of computer and communications equipment for the Program Coordinating Unit (UCP) and different dependencies of the Secretariat of Security.

Contracting will be carried out through International Public Bidding (IPL), in accordance with the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the IDB. Bidders must comply with the technical, financial, legal and other conditions established in the bidding documents. No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or APCAs.

Bids must include a Bid Maintenance Statement and be physically submitted to the Program Coordinating Unit in Aldea El Ocotal, Tegucigalpa. Electronic submission is not permitted.
