Financial Resource Manager to conduct the second verification of goals of the Regional Initiative for the Elimination of Malaria (IREM)

Description

The Inter-American Development Bank invites consulting firms to submit their Expression of Interest to provide financial management services and operational support to the second verification of goals of the Regional Initiative for the Elimination of Malaria (IREM) in Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia and the Dominican Republic.
1. Financial and contractual administration
Manage the resources provided by the IDB, including the selection and hiring of specialized personnel, contract administration, budget control, and accountability.
2. Operational support for goal verification
Facilitate the collection and verification of data in health facilities, coordination with national authorities, and the analysis of performance indicators by country and at the regional level.
3. Logistics and technical assistance
Provide travel resources, procure minor inputs, and support the organization of field visits and workshops. Hire, when necessary, specialists in supervision, quality control, and statistical analysis.
4. Financial Tracking and Deliverables
Prepare work plans, accounting records, periodic financial performance reports, and supporting documentation, including final contract settlement.
