Specialized consulting for skills mapping and workforce sizing (sub-product 1.2.1)

Description

The Federative Republic of Brazil has requested financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Project for the Modernization of the Fiscal Management of the State of Santa Catarina – PROFISCO II SC and will use part of the funds to finance consulting services. The operation is BR-L1513 and the loan agreement is 5752/OC-BR.
The Secretary of State for Finance of Santa Catarina invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest in mapping the competencies and sizing of the workforce of the Ministries of Finance and Administration of the State of Santa Catarina, within the framework of the process of modernization of fiscal management.
Interested firms must submit information that proves their qualifications and experience relevant to the provision of services. The selection will be made in accordance with the Policies for the Selection and Hiring of Consultants financed by the IDB. The short list will include between five and eight eligible firms and the partnership through Joint Venture or sub-consulting is allowed.
Expressions of interest must be submitted exclusively by electronic means to the Special Commission on Acquisitions and Contracting of PROFISCO II.
