Implement tools for registration, monitoring, traceability, georeferencing, automatic alerts, dashboards and report generation.
3. Piloting and validation
Develop a functional prototype, conduct pilot tests with selected municipalities and states, and make technical, regulatory, and operational adjustments.
4. Deployment and institutional strengthening
Define a progressive implementation strategy at the federal, state, and municipal levels, including training, knowledge transfer, and user accompaniment.
5. Sustainability of the system
Establish monitoring indicators and a governance, maintenance, and financing model that guarantees the continuity and scalability of the platform.
Interested companies should carefully review the registration requirements on the relevant IDB portal and ensure that all requested information is completed before submitting their Statement of Interest (EOI).
