Description
The Plurinational State of Bolivia has requested financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Urban Integration, Energy Efficiency and Urban Mobility Program of Sucre and will use part of the funds to finance consulting services. The operation is BO-L1233 and the loan agreement is 5835/OC-BO.
The Autonomous Municipal Government of Sucre invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest to carry out the technical and socio-environmental supervision of two projects to improve public lighting with LED technology on main and secondary roads in the municipality. Each supervision will have an estimated term of 380 calendar days and will have differentiated key personnel when the schedules overlap.
The services include the supervision of the acquisition, removal and installation of LED luminaires, the verification of compliance with technical specifications and quality control, as well as the physical-financial monitoring of the projects. The firms must demonstrate experience in the supervision of public lighting, outdoor lighting systems or medium and low voltage electrical distribution networks, and in at least three energy efficiency projects.
Selection will be made through Quality and Cost-Based Selection (SBCC), in accordance with IDB Policies. The short list will include between five and eight eligible firms. Association between signatures and submission of expressions of interest by email or physical format is permitted.
