Contracting logistics services to develop workshops and technical meetings at the national level

Description

The Dominican Republic has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Program for Financing Sustainable Investments and Productivity Improvement in the Agricultural Sector of the Dominican Republic and will use part of the funds to finance this contract. The Ministry of Agriculture invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the provision of logistics services for the development of workshops and technical meetings at the national level.
The contracting will be carried out through International Public Bidding in accordance with the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the IDB. Bidders must prove financial capacity and specific experience from at least three similar contracts during the last five years, each for a minimum value equivalent to 50% of the estimated amount of the contract. They must also prove the sanitary and quality conditions required for the provision of services.
Margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or APCAs. Bids must include a Bid Maintenance Statement and electronic submission is not permitted.
