Description

Jamaica has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Support for the Health Systems Strengthening for the Prevention and Care Management of Non-Communicable Diseases Programme and intends to use part of the funds to finance this contract. The operation is JA-G1005 and the grant contract is GRT/ER-17830-JA. The contract will be co-financed by the European Union.
The Ministry of Health invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of ICT equipment, including laptops, desktop PCs, tablets, monitor mounting brackets, multifunction printers, medical mobile laptop carts and an environmental monitoring system.
The procurement will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding in accordance with IDB procurement policies. Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity through financial statements for the two required fiscal years and experience in at least two contracts of similar nature and complexity successfully and substantially completed within the last five years.
No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or joint ventures. Electronic submission is permitted, and all bids must include a Bid Security Declaration.
