Contracting for the supervision of the project "Improvement and expansion of the pedagogical higher education service in I.S.P.P. of Azángaro, district of Azángaro - province of Azángaro - department of Puno" CUI 2538005

Description

The Republic of Peru has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Investment Program: Improving the Quality of Higher and Technical-Productive Education Services at the National Level and will use part of the funds to finance consulting services. The operation is PE-L1268 and the loan agreement is 5729/OC-PE.
The Ministry of Education, through Executing Unit 118 and the PMESTP, invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest in supervising the execution of the work to improve and expand the pedagogical higher education service of the I.S.P.P. of Azángaro, province of Azángaro, department of Puno. The estimated term of the services is 365 calendar days.
Firms must prove general experience in the supervision of infrastructure works during the last 10 years, with a minimum cumulative turnover of S/5,000,000. Likewise, they must prove the supervision of at least one similar work for a minimum contract of S/5,000,000, or two similar contracts of at least S/2,500,000 each.
The shortlist will include between five and eight eligible firms and firms will be able to partner to improve their ratings. A briefing on the scope of the procurement will be held on October 13, 2026.
