Acquisition of computer equipment for the Information Technology Directorate of the Ministry of Health and Social Security

Description

The Republic of Guatemala has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Program for the Strengthening of the Institutional Health Services Network (PRORISS) and will use part of the funds to finance this contract. The operation is GU-L1163 and the loan agreement is 4791/OC-GU.

The Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the acquisition of computer equipment for the Information Technology Directorate of the Ministry of Health and Social Services. The request for bids is GU-L1163-P00114 (publication IDB-4791OCGU-P00114-SPN).

Contracting will be carried out through International Public Bidding in accordance with the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the IDB and is open to bidders from eligible countries. The evaluation includes documentary review, financial and technical capacity, compliance with technical specifications and evaluation of the economic offer. No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or APCAs and the Best Final Offer (M.O.F.) mechanism will be applied. Bids must include a Statement of Bid Maintenance and electronic submission is not permitted.
