Description
The Plurinational State of Bolivia has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the National Technical Irrigation Program with a Basin Approach I and will use part of the funds to finance consulting services. The operation is BO-L1226 and the loan agreement is 5721/OC-BO-1.
The Ministry of Sustainable Production, Environment and Water, through the Coordination Unit of the Climate Resilience Pilot Program (UCP-PPCR), invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest in carrying out the national diagnosis and establishing the baseline of Bolivia's watersheds for comprehensive water resources planning.
Firms must accredit experience during the last 10 years related to consulting and accumulated experience equal to or greater than Bs. 1,000,000. Experience in water balance studies, hydrological modeling and basin master plans will be preferred.
The shortlist will include between five and eight eligible firms. Firms can participate individually or through APCA to complement their experiences. In the case of APCA, they must identify the lead firm and the percentages of participation of each associate. The submission of expressions of interest in physical or electronic format is permitted.
