Procurement of a Visual Stress Analysis Software

Description

The Cooperative Republic of Guyana has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Support to Safety Net and Gender Empowerment in Guyana project and intends to use part of the proceeds to finance this contract. The operation is GY-G1011 and the grant agreement is GRT/CN-21169-GY.
The Ministry of Human Services and Social Security invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the procurement of Visual Stress Analysis Software under SSNGE – 2026 – G7. The procurement process number is GY-G1011-P00034 (publication IDB-GRTCN21169GY-P00034-SPN).
The procurement will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding in accordance with the IDB Procurement Policies for the Procurement of Goods and Works and is open to bidders from eligible countries. Qualification requirements include valid business or company registration, VAT registration where applicable, and evidence of relevant experience and adequate financial and technical capacity. Bidders registered in Guyana must also provide NIS and GRA compliance documentation. A margin of preference for national contractors or joint ventures will apply. Bids must include a bid security declaration, and electronic submissions are not permitted.
