Selection and hiring of a consulting company in ICT governance and digital transformation

Description

The Federative Republic of Brazil has requested financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Project for the Modernization of Fiscal Management of the State of Amapá – PROFISCO II AP and intends to use part of the proceeds to finance consulting services. The operation is BR-L1525 and the loan agreement is 4930/OC-BR.

The State Department of Finance of the State of Amapá invites eligible consulting firms to express interest in providing ICT governance services and strategic planning for digital transformation. The request is BR-L1525-P00090 (publication IDB-4930OCBR-P00090-EOI).

The services include ICT governance, planning and preparation of PDTI/PDTIC, automation of public processes and services, application of artificial intelligence, systems integration and implementation and support of the BPMS platform. The expected results include automated digital processes and services, artificial intelligence solutions, citizen and taxpayer service portal, dashboards, indicators and team training.

Firms must demonstrate relevant experience in digital transformation, process automation, ICT governance and planning, artificial intelligence, systems development and integration, BPMS platforms, Business Intelligence and technological support. Firms from eligible countries may participate, individually, in joint ventures or with subcontractors. The short list will include between five and eight firms and expressions of interest by electronic means are allowed.
