Acquisition of vehicles for the operation of the Programme and the UEP

Description

The Dominican Republic has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to support the RD-Trabaja Flexible Employment System (loan 5643/OC-DR), and will allocate part of the funds to the acquisition of vehicles through tender DR-L1155-P00073.

The Ministry of Labor invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids for the acquisition of vehicles (vans and minibuses) for the operation of the program and the Program Execution Unit (UEP).

Tender conditions
Procedure: International Public Bidding in accordance with the IDB's Procurement Policies, open to bidders from eligible countries.
Evaluation: The Best Final Offer method is applied, without negotiation. No margin of preference is granted to national contractors or APCAs.
Requirements: The legal, financial and technical aspects are set out in the request for bids and technical specifications.
Presentation and documents
Submission: Only in physical format, with Declaration of Maintenance of the Bid. Electronic bids or late bids are not allowed.
Documents: Available in Spanish, upon written request to the Ministry of Labor (Carlixto D. Juliao Vásquez).
