Updated Tender - Acquisition, distribution and installation of laboratory equipment for Conalab III

Description

Bolivia has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the program "Support for vulnerable populations affected by coronavirus II". The Ministry of Health is calling for this international public tender (LPI) for the provision, distribution and installation of specialized laboratory equipment through the exclusive reception of physical bids.

Scope of the offer
- Goods required: Supply and commissioning of a technological batch for laboratories that includes automated chemiluminescence analyzers (15), semi-automatic blood chemistry analyzers (87), vertical autoclaves (32), analytical balances (16), class II type A2 biosafety cabinets (43), PCR cabinets (4), 3-parameter hematological counters (67), sterilization and drying ovens of 138 lt (78), freeze dryer with accessories (1), macrocentrifuges (131) and mass spectrophotometer for identification (1).

- Presentation modality: Proposals must be submitted closed and in strictly physical format at the address indicated in the specifications. Bids by electronic means will not be allowed and late submissions will be rejected.

- Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Evaluation criteria: Interested bidders must rigorously comply with all the requirements of technical experience, financial soundness and legal documentation detailed in the tender specifications.

- National preference: For this international contracting process, a margin of preference will be granted to contractors or associations of suppliers and contractors (APCA) of national origin.

- Guarantee of seriousness: All proposals submitted must be accompanied by a declaration of maintenance of the offer.
