Construction of the Kollpa Pampa dam and irrigation system (Icla)

Description

Bolivia, through the Ministry of Environment and Water, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "National Program of Technified Irrigation with a Basin Approach I". This call for National Public Bidding invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the construction of the Kollpa Pampa dam and irrigation system in Icla.

Scope of the works
Main objective: Construction of the dam and the Kollpa Pampa irrigation system in the municipality of Icla, with an estimated execution period of 570 days.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: National Public Bidding (LPN) conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.

Evaluation criteria: Accreditation of previous experience of the company, availability of key personnel, specialized equipment and compliance with the required financial and legal requirements.

Margin of preference: No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).

Required guarantee: It is mandatory to attach the Bid Maintenance Statement to the proposal.

Management and submission of bids
Access to the rules: Bidding documents in Spanish can be requested in writing via email or downloaded through the SICOES platform.

Delivery modality: Physical presentation of bids in a sealed envelope at the offices of the Ministry of Environment and Water in La Paz (Mollinedo Building). Electronic proposals are not accepted. The public opening will be held in person and online.
