Construction supervision and design of laboratories for analysis of chemical and microbiological contaminants built - Arequipa

Description

Peru, through the National Agrarian Health Service (SENASA), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the project "Improvement of the Agri-Food Safety Service of SENASA". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest for the supervision of the design, construction, minor equipment and start-up of the analytical diagnostic laboratory in Cerro Colorado, Arequipa (CUI No. 2593747).

Scope of the consultancy
Main objective: To ensure comprehensive technical, regulatory and contractual control during all stages of project execution – design of technical file, construction, minor equipment, commissioning and detection/correction of defects – to expand SENASA's analytical capacity in the southern part of the country.

Technical specifications and certifications:

Supervision of compliance with N2 biosafety standards and ISO/IEC 17025 standard.

Verification of technical requirements to obtain the EDGE sustainable certification (Excellence in design for greater efficiency).

Control of all engineering specialties (air conditioning, communications, fire protection systems, among others).

Qualification and Experience Requirements
Documentary support: Demonstration of qualifications and relevant experience in consultancies of a similar nature by filling out the official forms (F1, F2, F3, F4, F5.1 and F5.2) available on the institutional web portal.

Proposal selection and management
Regulatory framework: Selection conducted in accordance with the IDB's Consulting Policies for the formation of a short list of between five (5) and eight (8) eligible firms.

Modalities of participation: The nomination of individual firms, in association (Joint Venture) or through the inclusion of sub-consultants is allowed.

Delivery method: Submission of expressions of interest in writing in physical format or through permitted electronic means.
