Furniture and equipment of Tower III of the MP

Description

Guatemala, through the Public Prosecutor's Office (MP), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program for the Strengthening and Modernization of the Public Prosecutor's Office". This call for International Public Bidding (IPL) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the provision and installation of the furniture and equipment of Tower III of the institution.

Scope of supply
Main objective: Acquisition and comprehensive installation of furniture and equipment for Tower III of the Public Prosecutor's Office.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: International Public Bidding (IPL) conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.

Evaluation criteria: Compliance with the minimum technical specifications, financial soundness and legal requirements demanded in the bidding rules.

Required guarantee: Mandatory presentation of the Bid Maintenance Statement.

Management and submission of bids
Access to the rules: The bidding documents in Spanish are available for direct download through the Guatecompras portal identified with the Guatecompras Operation Number (NOG) 29069793.

Delivery modality: Physical presentation of proposals in a sealed envelope at the Central Headquarters of the Public Prosecutor's Office (Level 6, Barrio Gerona, Zone 1, Guatemala City). Electronic bids are not authorized. The opening will take place in a public face-to-face and virtual event.
