Consulting services for the preparation of complementary engineering projects, with the adoption of the BIM – Building Information Modeling methodology, aiming at the construction of the new Fiscal Post of the Mato Grosso State Department of Finance, in the municipality of Pontal do Araguaia.

Brazil, through the Mato Grosso State Department of Finance (SEFAZ/MT), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program for the Modernization of Fiscal Management of the State of Mato Grosso - Profisco II MT". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest for the provision of engineering services focused on fiscal infrastructure.

Consulting scope
Main objective: Elaboration of complementary engineering projects, with the adoption and application of the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology, for the construction of the new SEFAZ/MT Fiscal Post located in the municipality of Pontal do Araguaia.

Qualification and experience requirements
Supporting documentation: Presentation of the company's Technical Portfolio (detailing object, built area, year, contractor and role played) and the Curriculum Summary of the proposed technical team (recommending the appointment of a Lead Consultant).

Evaluation criteria for the Short List (0 to 100 points):

Consultant's experience (up to 80 points): Evaluation of infrastructure projects, paving, large public or private buildings; multidisciplinary projects (architecture and integrated engineering); specific experience adopting the BIM methodology; and performance in related activities.

Qualification of the technical staff (up to 20 points): Demonstration in the portfolio that the company has a qualified multidisciplinary team available to perform the services.

Selection and management of proposals
Regulatory framework: The process will be conducted using the SBQC (Selection Based on Quality and Cost) method, in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Selection and Hiring of Consultants, aiming to form a short list of five (5) to eight (8) eligible firms.

Modalities of participation: The participation of firms is allowed individually, in association (Joint Venture) or through the inclusion of subcontractors to complement qualifications.
