Development of a platform for the administration and management of the BIEN electronic wallet

Description

Honduras, through the Directorate of Management by Results, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Digital Transformation for Greater Competitiveness" program. This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest for the contracting of the development services of the BIEN Electronic Wallet platform.

Scope of the consultancy
Main objective: Development of a comprehensive technological platform for the administration and management of the BIEN Electronic Wallet.

Qualification and Experience Requirements
Legal and administrative documentation: Letter of expression of interest signed by the legal representative, general information of the signature, simple copies of the deed of incorporation with its modifications and accreditation of the legal representative.

Proven technical expertise: Execution of at least two (2) technological development or implementation projects that demonstrate integration with external systems through APIs or middleware, guaranteeing operational continuity and secure transactionality in systems or web portals.

Specific experience: Demonstration of direct technical expertise in the implementation of the components required by the platform.

Proposal selection and management
Regulatory framework: Selection process conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Selection and Hiring of Consultants for the formation of a short list of between five (5) and eight (8) eligible firms.

Modalities of participation: The nomination of firms is allowed individually, in association (Joint Venture) or with the inclusion of sub-consultants.

Delivery method: Receipt of expressions of interest by written delivery in physical format or through electronic means.
