Design, construction, commissioning and operation, for a period of twenty (20) years, of the comprehensive drinking water and sanitation system of Verón-Punta Cana

The Dominican Republic, through the National Institute of Drinking Water and Sewerage (INAPA), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Comprehensive Program of Drinking Water, Universal Sanitation and Reuse for the Punta Cana-Bávaro area". This call invites eligible contractors and/or firms to participate in the prequalification process.

Scope of the works
Main objective: Design, construction, commissioning and operation of a Multiple Aqueduct and a sanitary sewerage system with multiple reuse in the Verón-Punta Cana area.

Term and modality: The integral operation of the system covers a stipulated period of 20 years. The project will be executed through a DBO (Design, Construction and Operation) type contract under the standards of the FIDIC Golden Book modality.

Prequalification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: The evaluation and prequalification process will be carried out in strict adherence to the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the IDB (GN-2349-15).

Participation: The call is open to all bidders from eligible countries, as defined in the Bank's policies.

Application Management and Submission
Access to the bases: Those interested can request the complete set of prequalification documents in Spanish by means of a written request to the designated institutional emails. The documentation will be sent by this same channel.

Delivery method: Applications must be physically deposited at the offices of the Directorate for the Execution of Investment Programs and Projects (DEPPI) of INAPA in Santo Domingo. It is required that the documentation be presented in a sealed envelope in an inviolable way and clearly labeled with the specific name of the works.
