Peru, through the Banco de la Nación, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Digital Transformation Project of the Banco de la Nación". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest.
Scope of the consultancy
Main objective: Update of the Government and Digital Transformation Strategy for Banco de la Nación, incorporating a cross-cutting approach to gender and diversity to strengthen institutional capacity.
Technical components: Development and implementation of the methodology, execution of a pilot project and specialized training for the entity's personnel.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
Interested firms must demonstrate a verifiable track record in the sector:
General experience: Consulting services in information technology, process optimization or management in the financial sector, accrediting a cumulative turnover of no less than USD 650,836.20 in a maximum of ten (10) projects.
Specific experience: Services equal or similar to the object of the process (formulation of governance and digital transformation plans, business architecture or IT projects), supporting an accumulated invoiced amount of no less than USD 650,836.20 in a maximum of ten (10) contracts.
Selection and conditions
Regulatory framework and method: The process will be conducted under the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (SBCC) method according to the IDB's Consulting Policies, in order to structure a short list of between 5 and 8 eligible firms.
Partnerships and modality: Firms may associate in Joint Ventures or include subconsultants to strengthen their technical profile. Submissions of expressions of interest by electronic means are permitted.
