Description
The Inter-American Development Bank invites specialized consulting firms to present their proposals for the diagnosis and implementation of Corporate Sustainability in ANCAP.
The central objective of this project is to establish a solid and highly strategic foundation for the full integration of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria throughout the organization. The aim is to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the current state of maturity of the company and to define the technical route for its institutional strengthening.
1. Scope of the services requested
In-depth maturity diagnosis: Evaluate the current sustainability area by analyzing its structure, positioning, assigned resources and level of ESG development, auditing the corporate governance associated with this function.
Customized governance model: Propose an optimal organizational structure for the Corporate Sustainability area, specifying the recommended roles, processes, responsibilities and reporting levels.
Materiality and Stakeholder Analysis: Identify and map key stakeholders (both internal and external) and execute a thorough materiality study to isolate critical issues for ANCAP.
Strategy and performance metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), select measurement tools, and design the incorporation of ESG criteria into corporate strategic planning and business decision-making.
2. Key activities and participatory methodology
Kick-off workshops: Organize and moderate formal instances of presentation and technical exchange aimed directly at the board of directors and the management team, convening approximately 40 people per session.
Gathering information in the field: Develop face-to-face fieldwork sessions that include the execution of 8 in-depth interviews and 2 focus groups of 10 people each with key actors of the organization.
Definition of profiles and skills: Design the technical competencies and transversal skills in sustainability required for management, areas and positions, detailing the training and ideal profiles for the positions.
Intermediate validation workshop: Conduct a technical exchange session with 25 key referents of the organization to assess, adjust and refine the proposals before their final structuring.
3. Mandatory deliverables and deliverables
Each stage of the process should be consolidated into the following technical product portfolio:
