Acquisition of 3D laser scanner total station

Description

Ecuador has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the project "Sustainable Management of Subsoil Resources and Associated Infrastructure". The Institute of Geological and Energy Research calls for this national public tender (LPN) for the purchase of specialized equipment for geological research in the national territory.

Scope and requirements
Purpose of the purchase: Supply of a total station and a 3D laser scanner necessary for the development of the project of availability of occurrences of mineral resources.

Presentation modality: Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope and in a strictly physical form. Electronic bids will not be allowed and late submissions will be rejected.

Financial capacity: Minimum average annual turnover of USD 35,000.00 in the last 5 years (2020-2024) for the commercialization of field equipment for the geological, mining, scientific or related fields, demonstrable through audited balance sheets or income statements.

Technical experience: Prove at least two (2) contracts in the last 10 years for the sale of surveying or mapping equipment, with a minimum amount of USD 18,000.00 for each contract.

National Preference: For this procurement process, no margin of preference will be granted to contractors or associations of suppliers and contractors (APCAs) of national origin.

Guarantee: The presentation of a declaration of maintenance of the offer is mandatory.
