Preparation of the technical file for the "Improvement and expansion of the educational service in the Institute of Public Pedagogical Higher Education Nuestra Señora del Rosario in the district of Tambopata - province of Tambopata

Description

The Republic of Peru has requested financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Investment Program: Improvement of the Quality of Higher and Technical-Productive Education Services at the National Level". This call for the Selection of Consultants, managed by the Ministry of Education, invites eligible firms to express their interest in contracting specialized engineering, structural design and architectural services.

Scope of the consultancy
Engineering development and design: Comprehensive preparation of the final Technical File (definitive studies, plans, budgets and specifications) that will serve as the basis for the subsequent execution of infrastructure works and institutional equipment.

Beneficiary institution: Institute of Public Pedagogical Higher Education (I.E.S.P.P.) Nuestra Señora del Rosario, focused on optimizing and expanding the capacity of the teacher training service in the region.

Location and registration: The project is located in the district and province of Tambopata, department of Madre de Dios, and is registered under the Unique Investment Code CUI 2553078.

Qualification requirements and assessment points
Firm Experience: Applicant companies must provide documented information (portfolios, description of similar work, and certifications) that demonstrates robust technical qualifications and a history of compliance in the preparation of technical dossiers for the education sector or public buildings of similar size.

Selection method: Consulting firms will be evaluated and selected under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (SBCC) modality, in accordance with the applicable policies for contracts financed by the IDB.

Associations and consortia: The participation of individual or associated firms is allowed under the Joint Venture modality, as well as the inclusion of specialized subcontractors to strengthen the capacities of the consulting team.

Shortlist: The evaluation of expressions of interest will result in the selection of a shortlist composed of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) eligible consulting firms.
