Intervention Action 1.3 - Methodology for the Development of Strategies for Supervision in the ESP

Description

Peru, through the Ministry of Education, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Investment Program: Improvement of the quality of Higher and Technical-Productive Education services at the national level". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest.

Scope of the consultancy
Main objective: Development of a methodology for the design and implementation of strategies aimed at supervision in Pedagogical Higher Education (ESP).

Qualification and Experience Requirements
General experience: To accredit a minimum of five (5) services or consultancies related to accreditation, licensing or supervision processes in higher education of public or private institutions.

Specific experience: To accredit at least three (3) services or consultancies linked to the development of methodologies for alert systems, pedagogical management or quality management for pedagogical higher education.

Selection and conditions
Regulatory framework: Selection under the IDB's Policies for the Selection and Hiring of Consultants for the purpose of integrating a short list of between five (5) and eight (8) eligible firms.

Modality and partnerships: Joint ventures or the hiring of subcontractors are allowed. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing in physical form. Electronic bids will not be allowed.
