Description
The Tourism Authority of Panama (ATP) has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Comprehensive Urban Development Program for Cities with a Tourism Vocation. This call for National Public Bidding (LPN) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the execution of civil works aimed at optimizing and rehabilitating drinking water infrastructure in the Tierras Altas district.
Scope of the offer
Infrastructure rehabilitation: Execution of the engineering and construction works necessary for the comprehensive improvement of the water supply system.
Project location: The interventions will be carried out specifically in the communities of Paso Ancho and Las Perlas, within the district of Tierras Altas.
Execution time: The estimated time for the development and completion of the construction works is 540 days.
Qualification Requirements
Access to specifications: The technical specifications, evaluation criteria and detailed financial requirements are available for consultation and download on the official state portal, PanamaCompra, under Public Act number 2026-1-45-0-04-LP-016761.
Guarantee of participation: All proposals submitted must be accompanied by a Declaration of Maintenance of the Offer.
Delivery method: Technical and economic bids must be submitted in physical printed format at the ATP offices. Proposals in electronic format will not be allowed, and those received after the established deadline will be rejected.
Regulations of the process: The bidding process will be carried out in accordance with the National Public Bidding procedures established in the policies for the acquisition of goods and works financed by the IDB.
