Consulting for the implementation of a new model of strategic fleet management and corporate mobility

Description

The Secretary of State for Finance of Espírito Santo (SEFAZ-ES) of Brazil received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Program for the Modernization of Fiscal Management of the State of Espírito Santo - PROFISCO II ES. This public call aims to select a specialized consulting firm to structure and implement an advanced transport governance model, optimizing the resources of the State Public Administration.

Consultancy reach
- New strategic model: Formulation and implementation of a new fleet management methodology and corporate mobility solutions to meet the demands of the State.

- Technological modernization: Structuring of operational processes based on state-of-the-art technology systems and data integration to support decision-making.

- Government efficiency: Rationalization and standardization of transport flows within the State Public Administration, aiming at reducing costs and increasing sustainability.

Eligibility requirements
- Relevant experience: Presentation of institutional portfolio and information that proves technical qualifications and solid experience in projects of similar scope and complexity.

- Associations: Interested firms may associate under the Joint Venture modality or subcontract specialized services to complement their technical skills.

- Eligibility: Process open to companies originating from eligible member countries in accordance with the IDB's contracting policies.

- Shortlist: The evaluation of Expressions of Interest will result in the formation of a shortlist consisting of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) qualified consulting firms for the proposal phase.
