Acquisition of dinosaur-themed animatronics for the main park, children's area, interactive and costume type for the Cal Orck'o Cretaceous Park - Sucre

Bolivia, through Conoce Bolivia, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Cultural Heritage Tourism Management Program". This call for International Public Bidding (IPL) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the recreational equipment of the Cal Orck'o Cretaceous Park in Sucre.

Scope of supply
Main objective: Provision of paleontological-themed animatronics for main and children's areas, interactive models and costumes/costumes (including reproductions of Tyrannosaurus Rex, Giganotosaurus, Diplodocus, Triceratops, dino baby models and interactive costumes, among others).

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework and method: The process is governed by the International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures of the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods, applying the Best Final Offer (M.O.F.) scheme.

Legal documentation: Commercial registration (SEPREC in Bolivia or equivalent document in the country of origin duly translated) and accreditation of legal representation.

Financial and technical capacity: Presentation of financial statements of the last two (2) annual managements, evidence of liquid assets or lines of credit free of commitment, technical catalog with specifications, in addition to the list and commitment of availability of spare parts and supplies.

Manufacturer's authorization: Mandatory if the bidder is not the direct manufacturer of the equipment.

Margin of preference: No margin of economic preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).

Required guarantee: It is mandatory to attach the Bid Maintenance Statement to the proposal.

Management and submission of bids
Access to the bases: The specifications in Spanish can be requested by email or downloaded directly from SICOES and the IDB portal.

Delivery method: Bids must be submitted in physical format and a sealed envelope at the entity's address in La Paz. Electronic bids will not be allowed and late proposals will be rejected. The public opening will have the possibility of face-to-face or online attendance.
