Acquisition of 4 rear-loading collectors with a minimum capacity of 20 cubic yards and 1 wheel loader (compactor) with pupos with a minimum power of 215 hp

Description

Ecuador, through the State Bank, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Investment Program for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Ecuador". This call for International Public Bidding (LPI) is managed for the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Canton of El Carmen, through the exclusive reception of physical proposals.

Scope of the offer
- Distribution of goods: The requirement is divided into Lot 1 (one wheel loader/compactor with minimum power of 215 hp) and Lot 2 (four rear-loading collectors with a minimum capacity of 20 cubic yards).

- Delivery time: The time established for the supply and final receipt of the equipment is 120 days.

- Presentation modality: Bids must be closed and delivered only in physical format to the Office of the Public Works Directorate of the Municipal GAD. Electronic submissions will not be permitted.

Qualification Requirements
- Technical and fiduciary capacity: Demonstrate solid experience in similar supply contracts and prove solvency through financial ratios and average turnover of the last three (3) years.

- Maintenance guarantee: It is mandatory to present a guarantee issued by a bank or insurance company. It is set at USD 5,160.00 for Lot 1 and USD 15,992.00 for Lot 2.

- National Preference: For this international procurement process, no margin of preference will be granted to contractors or associations of suppliers and contractors (APCAs) of national origin.
