Description
The Republic of Honduras has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Institutional and Operational Strengthening of the Customs Administration program. The institution is calling for firms to develop the Comprehensive Risk Management System (SGIR), a strategic project to modernize border control through intelligent control that facilitates trade and detects fraud with advanced analytics.
The service is attached to the Commerce sector and requires a high technical level:
- Design and Development: Functional analysis and construction of the SGIR, ensuring interoperability with the SARAH customs system.
- Artificial Intelligence: Implementation of analytical models based on Machine Learning, data mining and automated alerts for customs operations.
- Integration: Consolidation of internal and external data sources to generate risk profiles under international standards.
- Implementation: Technical support for the implementation of the approved solution.
Qualification Requirements:
- Specific Experience: Accredit risk system projects (customs or logistics) that use AI techniques and predictive analytics.
- Accreditation: The experience must be from the applicant firm. The validity of parent companies or subsidiaries is not validated if they do not participate as a consortium (Joint Venture).
- Documentation: Submit the legalization of the signature and, in the case of an association, the document of intent identifying the representative.
- Process: Between 5 and 8 firms will be pre-selected for the final phase of technical and economic proposals.
Note: The specifications and terms of reference are available in the official language of the country.
