Consultancy for the design and implementation of an asynchronous course aimed at national and subnational authorities of the countries of the LAC region, based on the contents and experience of the training program developed in phase I of the SIRWASH program "Training Program for national and sub-national authorities of the SIRWASH countries (Peru, Peru, Bolivia, Haiti, Brazil), synchronous edition 2024"

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is seeking a signature to transform the SIRWASH 2024 synchronous program into an asynchronous course. The objective is to scale up knowledge about rural Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), facilitating free access to authorities in Latin America and the Caribbean.

1. Platform and user experience
Infrastructure: Creation of a multi-device, intuitive online platform with universal accessibility.

- Sustainability: The system must guarantee registration, development and certification free of charge for a period of 5 years.

- Languages: Content produced entirely in Spanish and Portuguese.

2. Audiovisual and pedagogical content
Production: Structuring of 10 thematic sessions. Each session will feature at least 5 short videos (maximum 50 minutes per session).

- Success stories: Inclusion of impact stories in at least 8 sessions, focused on countries such as Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Haiti, Honduras, Panama and Costa Rica.

- Methodology: Adaptation of technical, financial and operational content to a dynamic and attractive format.

3. Strategic dissemination
- Scope: Implement a communication strategy on social networks and events to ensure the participation of strategic actors and subnational authorities.
