Supply and installation of equipment and technological resources in the areas of AI and big data, to equip the 5th floor of the STRP II of the Guatiguará Technology Park

Description

Colombia, through the Industrial University of Santander, has a non-reimbursable technical cooperation from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the program "Strengthening the Guatiguará Technology Park to strengthen the information technology sector in Colombia". This request for quotation (SDC) calls for legal entities to submit proposals for the provision of advanced technological infrastructure.

Scope of the contract
- Objective of the acquisition: Supply, installation and commissioning of technological equipment specialized in artificial intelligence (AI) and big data for the fifth floor of the GECT II building of the Guatiguará Technology Park.

- Estimated budget: The maximum reference value is COP 2,201,725,400, including all direct and indirect costs. These resources are totally exempt from Sales Tax (VAT) by national regulations of international cooperation.

- Validity of the proposal: The technical and economic bids must be valid for at least forty-five (45) calendar days from the closing date.

- Selection and Submission Requirements
Evaluation method: The award will be made through the Price Comparison mechanism, following the IDB's policies for the acquisition of goods and works (GN-2349-15).

- Cost verification: The bid that substantially complies with the technical specifications will be awarded. In the event of numerical discrepancies in costs, the unit price will prevail over the total value.

- Access and application: Interested firms must send the expression of interest form to enable their access to the process.
