Description
The Federative Republic of Brazil has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Productive Development Program of the Northeast Region - Prodepro. The objective is to apply these resources to improve the logistics infrastructure, facilitating the flow of production and regional economic development.
Banco do Nordeste do Brasil S.A. invites qualified companies to carry out works for the functional recovery of state highways under the Single Lot regime. The project focuses on the deep restoration of the pavement and drainage, with an estimated execution time of 18 months.

Engineering services include:
Paving and Restoration: Includes cold milling, application of CBUQ (Hot Machined Bituminous Concrete), deep patches, bonding paint and application of polyester geogrid for pavement reinforcement.
Earthworks: Execution of cuts, embankments, loans and regularization of the subgrade following the technical standards of DNIT.
Drainage and Structures: Installation of gutters, ditches, tubular and cellular concrete culverts, energy sinks and collection boxes.
Signaling and Safety: Implementation of horizontal (thermoasphalt by extrusion and sprinkler) and vertical signaling, in addition to the installation of metal fenders and sound.
Complementary Works: Construction of passenger shelters and protective fences.

The bidding follows the International Public Bidder (LPI) procedures. As a requirement for participation, bidders must present an Offer Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of R$ 2,500,000.00. The technical specifications strictly follow DNIT standards and ABNT NBR standards.
