Description

Paraguay has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program for the Consolidation of the National Directorate of Tax Revenues (DNIT)". The National Directorate of Tax Revenues calls for this expression of interest for the selection of consulting firms oriented to institutional technological development and innovation.

Scope of the consultancy
- Main objective: To hire a specialized firm or consortium to carry out the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of tax and customs information systems.

- Technology focus: Focus efforts on adopting DNIT's new technology reference architecture and integrating best practices for the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Institutional portfolio: Efficiently execute the portfolio of strategic projects and enablers defined by the institution.

- Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Presentation modality: Expressions of interest must be sent in writing and delivered in a strictly physical form. Applications by electronic means will not be permitted.

- Consortia and associations: Interested firms may associate with other companies under the figure of joint venture or include subcontractors to strengthen their technical qualifications.

- Selection criteria: The evaluation will be carried out under the IDB's consultant selection and hiring policies in order to establish a short list made up of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) eligible firms. The conditions and details of experience are published on the official government procurement portal.
