Supply and installation of expansion and strengthening of long-term backup infrastructure and server infrastructure of the Judicial Branch's datacenter

Description

Panama has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the program "Support for the digital transformation of the Judicial Branch of Panama". The Judicial Branch calls for this international public tender (LPI) for the acquisition and installation of key technological infrastructure.

Scope of the offer
- Project Objective: Supply and installation of the expansion and strengthening of the long-term backup infrastructure, as well as the infrastructure of servers for the institutional data center.

- Presentation modality: Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope in a strictly physical form. Electronic bids will not be allowed and late submissions will be rejected.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
- Evaluation criteria: The specific technical, financial and legal requirements that bidders must meet are detailed in the bidding document for this process.

- National Preference: For this international procurement process, no margin of preference will be granted to contractors or associations of suppliers and contractors (APCAs) of national origin.
