Description
The Dominican Republic, through the Executing Unit of the RD-Trabaja Program of the Ministry of Labor, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the project "Support for the Flexible Employment System RD-TRABAJA". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest for the design and execution of communication strategies.
Scope of the consultancy
- Production and design: Preparation of audiovisual, digital and printed materials, as well as graphic and conceptual design work in general.
- Communication and public relations: Public relations management and development of digital and institutional communication to publicize employability programs.
- Dissemination and media: Placement, advertising and dissemination of advertising campaigns at the national level.
- Strategic objective: To promote formal employment, encouraging the active participation of job seekers (target audience) and the business sector (as providers of workspaces).
- Evaluation: Implementation and monitoring of results measurement systems to evaluate the impact of campaigns.
Qualification Requirements and Conditions
- Signature experience: Demonstrate a solid corporate track record, specifically identifying previous experience in strategic communication or nationwide advertising campaigns.
- Consortia and subcontracting: Joint applications are allowed under the Joint Venture modality or the inclusion of subcontractors to strengthen technical skills. Nationality will be defined by the country of incorporation of the leading representative firm.
- Delivery method: Expressions of interest must be sent in writing and delivered in a strictly physical way to the address of the executing unit. Proposals by electronic means will not be permitted.
- Evaluation and shortlist: The process will be carried out using the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (SBCC) method, following the IDB's consulting policies, to form a short list of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) eligible firms.
