Soft skills cross-cutting service for UE002

Description

Peru, through the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Investment Project for the Improvement and Expansion of the Drinking Water, Sanitary Sewerage and Wastewater Treatment Service in the Districts of Zarumilla and Aguas Verdes of the Province of Zarumilla – Department of Tumbes". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest.

Scope of the consultancy
Main objective: Execution and implementation of the transversal axis of soft skills aimed at the institutional strengthening of the Executing Unit 002 Agua Tumbes.

Qualification and Submission Requirements
Modality of participation: Presentation individually or in association (Joint Venture / consortium), as well as the inclusion of subcontractors to cover the required fields of specialization.

Required Documentation: Submission of Forms A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4 and A-5 duly endorsed and signed in PDF format, including additionally Forms A-4 and A-5 in Excel format.

Proposal selection and management
Regulatory framework and method: Selection conducted in accordance with the IDB's Consulting Policies for the integration of a short list of between five (5) and eight (8) eligible firms.

Delivery method: Expressions of interest must be sent via email no later than August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Electronic proposals are allowed.
