Acquisition of tablets for the agricultural census (2nd Call)

Description

The National Institute of Statistics (INE) of Bolivia has received funding from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Program for the Strengthening of the Statistical System of the Plurinational State of Bolivia (Loan Agreement 5514/BL-BO). This call for International Public Bidding (ICB) aims to provide technological devices for data collection in the rural sector of the country.

Scope of the offer
- Goods requested: Supply of 3,850 tablets for the Agricultural Census.

- Delivery period: The maximum period established for the integral supply of the equipment is 60 calendar days.

- Place of delivery: Procurement and Contracting Unit of the INE, Calle Estados Unidos N°1218, Miraflores Zone, city of La Paz (Aquazul Building, 2nd floor).

Qualification Requirements
- Technical evaluation: Mandatory and demonstrable compliance with all the specifications and minimum functional characteristics required for computer devices in the specifications.

- Margin of preference: No margin of preference will be granted in favor of national contractors or suppliers.

- Guarantee of participation: All technical and economic proposals must include a Declaration of Maintenance of the Offer.
