Study, design and rehabilitation of the offices of the Tourism Authority of Panama in Turiscentro San Carlos

The Tourism Authority of Panama (ATP) has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Comprehensive Urban Development Program for Cities with a Tourism Vocation. This call for the National Public Tender (LPN) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the comprehensive development of the technical studies, design and execution of the rehabilitation works of the institutional offices of the ATP.

Scope of the offer
Project phases: Completion of preliminary studies, architectural and engineering design, and subsequent execution of physical rehabilitation works.

Location: Panama Tourism Authority facilities in San Carlos' Turiscentro.

Execution period: The estimated time for the completion of the works is 450 days.

Qualification Requirements
Access to specifications: The technical specifications and detailed evaluation criteria are available for consultation and download on the official PanamaCompra website, under Public Act number 2026-1-45-0-15-LP-016762.

Guarantee of participation: All proposals submitted must be accompanied by a Declaration of Maintenance of the Offer.

Delivery mode: Bids must be submitted exclusively in physical printed format to the institutional address of the ATP. Submissions by electronic means will not be permitted, and proposals submitted after the established deadline will be rejected.

Regulatory framework: The selection process will be carried out in accordance with the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the IDB.
