Contracting of the works and equipment of the comprehensive sustainable tourist mobility project of Boquete

Description

Panama, through the Tourism Authority of Panama (ATP), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program for the Integral Urban Development of Cities with a Tourist Vocation". This International Public Tender (LPI) seeks to execute infrastructure and road management works in the township of Bajo Boquete, Province of Chiriquí.

Scope of the batches
The project is divided into three independent work fronts:

Lot 1 (550 days): Construction of a pedestrian promenade (boardwalk) on the Caldera River, improvements on Avenida B Este, recreational squares and a pedestrian bridge (excludes interventions on Finca 65269).

Lot 2 (550 days): Adaptation of Buenos Aires Avenue to provide comfortable, safe and accessible spaces for pedestrian mobility.

Lot 3 (575 days): Incorporation of sidewalks on both sides of Central Avenue and 4th Street A South to organize the road easement.

Qualification Requirements
Financial capacity: Minimum annual turnover in construction in at least two years (period 2021-2025) representing at least 90% of the amount offered per lot (or the cumulative sum if applied to several). Supported by audited financial statements (by CPA or under IFRS standards for foreigners) and income statements.

Technical experience: Prove road or urban infrastructure works (streets, bike lanes, wiring burial, rainwater and sanitary networks) in cities of tourist interest in the last 10 years. A minimum of two projects of similar or greater magnitude executed in the last 6 years (Lots 1 and 2) or 3 years (Lot 3) are required.
