Consulting for the analysis, diagnosis and design of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions - Province of Jujuy

Description

The Province of Jujuy, within the framework of the financing requested by the Argentine Republic from the Inter-American Development Bank for the "Program of Support for the Integrated Management of Public Expenditure", will carry out this process through the Ministry of Economy, which invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest in providing the services for the "Consulting for the analysis, diagnosis and design of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions - Province of Jujuy".

The consulting services include the implementation of a Business Intelligence (BI) system in the financial administration of the province, integrating data from different systems to allow advanced analysis and generate strategic reports. The objective is to optimize decision-making, improve efficiency in public management, strengthen budgeting, planning and resource control processes, and facilitate management based on government programs supported by key indicators.

The short lists will be made up of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) eligible signatures. Consultants may partner with other firms in the form of a joint venture or include them as subcontractors in order to improve their qualifications.

The selection will be carried out in accordance with the procedures indicated in the Policies for the Selection and Hiring of Consultants financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (GN-2350-15). Interested firms must submit a written statement, constitutive documentation that proves their eligibility, and a list of similar works executed in the last three (3) years, detailing the technical complexity, amounts and the key personnel assigned.

Expressions of interest must be sent in writing via email in a single digital file in PDF format (or compressed file if it exceeds the weight limit), written entirely in Spanish and duly signed.
