Description
The Government of the Republic of Ecuador has received funding from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Tax and Customs Administration Improvement Program, and it is proposed to use part of the funds for the contracting of the migration service from the alternative data center of the Internal Revenue Service (SRI) to the CNT Data Center under the housing modality.
The Internal Revenue Service invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids in accordance with the International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures established in the policies of the Inter-American Development Bank applicable to the loan agreement.
The specifications may be obtained in Spanish upon written request. The qualification requirements include demonstrable financial capacity, highlighting an average annual turnover equivalent to 65% of the reference budget, including revenues related to equipment, infrastructure, telecommunications services, implementation and data center. The specific experience required and other conditions are detailed in the tender documents. In this process, the Best Final Offer (MOF) methodology and negotiation will be applied.
