Description
Services will be contracted for the “Improvement of Rural Road USU25N, Segment: El Litoral Highway (CA02E) - San Agustín, Jiquilisco and San Agustín Districts, Usulután Department” (Ref. PDCR-61-LPI-O-).
The construction period for the project is three hundred (300) days.
The estimated amount for the execution of the project is SEVEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE AND 71/100 UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$7,495,789.71), and the bid must be for the total cost of the construction.
The qualification requirements include legal, technical, financial capacity, and economic proposal aspects as follows:
- Have an average annual construction turnover of at least one (1) times the bid value over the last five (5) years.
- Demonstrate experience of at least two (2) road projects and two (2) bridge or major crossing projects, with nature and scope similar to the tendered works, as a principal contractor in the last 5 years.
- Demonstrate the ability to ensure the timely availability of essential equipment.
- Have a Works Manager with five years of experience in works with similar nature and scale to the tendered Works, of which at least three years must be as a Works Manager.
- Have liquid assets and/or credit availability free of other contractual commitments, excluding any advance payments received under the Contract, exceeding once the bid value
