Description

The proposed services require technical-operational and professional expertise for the execution of supervision and inspection of infrastructure, housing, and public equipment works. The scope of the services includes:

1. Supervision and inspection of the execution of works;
2. Monitoring of the physical-financial execution of services;
3. Technological control;
4. Geometric control;
5. Analysis, updates, and/or technical improvements of the executive project.

In this context, the ProMorar Recife Management Office, responsible for overseeing and managing the ProMorar Recife Program, invites eligible consulting firms and/or institutions to express their interest in providing the aforementioned services. Interested consulting firms should provide information demonstrating their qualifications to perform the services (through the submission of a portfolio including brochures, certificates, and descriptions of similar services performed, experience in similar conditions, and the availability of technical team members with the necessary and sufficient knowledge for the proposed services).

The documents to be submitted by interested firms must include information demonstrating:

1. The specific experience of the Proponent in areas similar to the subject of this Expression of Interest, as described below:
   • Supervision and/or inspection of urban infrastructure works in public areas;
   • Supervision and/or inspection of public equipment works;
   • Supervision and/or inspection of the construction of housing units;
   • Supervision and/or inspection of urban road system works;
   • Supervision and/or inspection of water supply system works (SAA);
   • Supervision and/or inspection of sanitary sewage system works (SES);
   • Supervision and/or inspection of works using BIM methodology.

The analysis will consider the scope, activities, and/or scale of previously executed and/or supported services by the proponents similar to the subject of this Expression of Interest. Performance evaluations issued by the respective Program or Project Management Units may be a differentiating factor.

The territorial similarity of the programs or projects previously executed by the proponents with the types of territories to be benefited by ProMorar Recife may also be considered.
