Description
The specific objectives are: (i) to improve knowledge and information to guide policy decisions aimed at ensuring the quality and relevance of HE; (ii) to strengthen the institutional framework of public Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to provide relevant and quality educational services; and (iii) to ensure adequate infrastructure and equipment for priority public HEIs.
It is proposed to use part of the funding to contract the following consultancy service:
- "DIAGNOSIS OF RESPONSIVENESS CAPACITY (OPERATIONAL AND INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY) AND QUALITY (ADHERENCE AND EFFECTIVENESS) OF UNIVERSITY WELFARE SERVICES, WITH EMPHASIS ON SUPPORTING STUDENTS IN VULNERABLE SITUATIONS AND AT RISK OF EXCLUSION"
